Itachi Uciha is one member of Akatsuki who has high ability and master the Mangekyō Sharingan. Itachi was born from Kaln Uciha from the village of Konohagakure. Prior to joining Akatsuki Itachi was a high-profile fugitive for his actions that had slaughtered the entire Kaln Uciha, he only narrated his sister alone that Sasuke was the reason why Sasuke took a very deep grudge against Itachi and wanted to kill him. in Akatsuki Itachi is paired with Kisame Hoshigaki he has the identity of the Red Ring of blood on the finger of his right hand.
